Call Taker/Dispatcher - Kelowna

Your Role:

Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers regarding schedules, routes, and services.
Schedule requested trip times into our scheduling software.
Dispatch drivers and vehicles efficiently to meet customer demand.
Monitor and coordinate real-time vehicle locations and communicate with drivers to ensure on-time performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and dispatch activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call-taking, dispatch, or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Kelowna's geography and public transportation system is an asset.
This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hrs/week) in Kelowna, BC.
There is a requirement to work Tuesday to Saturday.
