Company Description: Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

Contract Review \& Negotiation: Review terms and conditions of contracts (service/maintenance, refurbishment and new construction agreements) and negotiate terms ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards.

Risk Management: Identify contractual risks and work with legal and project management teams to mitigate potential issues.

Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, property managers and other clients, and serve as the point of contact for contract-related discussions and negotiations.

Communicate Effectively: Work closely with project managers, legal team, and finance departments to ensure contract terms are properly executed and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation \& Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of contract documents. Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding contract statuses and compliance.

Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving contract disputes, claims, and issues through negotiation and, if necessary, legal support.

Other administrative duties: Provide support and assist with other required administrative duties in the contracts/legal department.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract review and administration in contract management or related role within the construction industry.

Legal Terminology: Familiarity with legal terms and conditions with the ability to read and interpret legal contract language.

Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, law, business, or a related field.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Experience working on cross-border construction projects (Canada-U.S.) is a plus.

Certification in contract management or legal compliance is a bonus.
