Review new notices, ensuring claims are assigned to staff with appropriate skill sets.

Conduct quality file reviews per office/ best practices guidelines.

Establish/ follow up on file reviews per diary instructions, conducting additional reviews (i.e. 180, 360 day reviews), as necessary.

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Significant Claim work experience in at least one line of business, Claim management experience preferred.

In order to perform the essential job functions of this job, acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) may be required to comply with provincial and Travelers requirements. Generally, License(s) are required to be obtained within three months of starting the job.

High School Degree or GED required with a minimum of 3 years claim handling experience.

Experience utilizing computer technology; such as Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.

Ability to accurately compute a variety of numerical calculations required.

Licensing Required: In order to perform the essential job functions of this job, acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) may be required to comply with provincial and Travelers requirements.
