- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on group insurance experience in Canada (required).
- Maturity \& Motivation: You are self-motivated , detail-oriented , and value stability in your work and workplace. You enjoy working independently, yet are responsive and collaborative.
- Attitude: Positive, dependable, and professional with a strong commitment to client service.
- Work Style: Thrives in a virtual work environment , with strong communication and time management skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supported the president in managing and serving group benefits and retirement clients.
- Assisting in renewal reviews, client reporting, and communication with insurers and clients.
- Helping with quoting, plan design comparisons, and market surveys.
- Coordinating day-to-day account management activities and client support.
