About The Role
Key Responsibilities Project Management \& Coordination
- Own and manage the corporate branding initiative from planning through execution.
- Coordinate web development, social media, and video production to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking key deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders (physicians, marketing, leadership) and external partners (agencies, videographers, designers).
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution.
Content Strategy \& Production
- Oversee content planning for the corporate brand strategy, including website updates, physician profiles, social media, and video assets.
- Collaborate with videographers and creative teams to develop high-quality video and podcast content that positions our experts as thought leaders.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's corporate identity, messaging, and strategic goals.
- Work with the social media team to schedule and distribute content effectively across platforms.
Website \& Digital Oversight
- Manage website updates and ensure a smooth launch of the website.
- Work closely with the web development team and agency to ensure proper SEO implementation and lead generation functionality.
- Maintain ongoing content updates and monitor performance analytics to optimize impact.
Stakeholder Engagement \& Execution
- Engage directly with key physicians and thought leaders to develop compelling content ideas and capture their expertise.
- Identify key events, conferences, and trends that can be leveraged for brand storytelling and content creation.
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications \& Experience
- 5 years of experience in project management, communications, or digital content production.
- Experience overseeing multi-channel content production (web, video, social media, editorial).
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Background in digital marketing, branding, or corporate communications preferred.
- Familiarity with content creation workflows (video production, social media scheduling, website management).
- Experience working with agencies, videographers, and creative professionals.
- Understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and lead generation tactics.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
