Now, we're looking for a seasoned Producer to take our execution to the next level. The RoleWe're hiring a full-time Producer to lead and manage the execution of our videos, from concept approval through to final upload.
You will oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, post-production, and cross-team communication. This is a high-responsibility production role. You're expected to come in with a strong command of production workflows, team coordination, and operational leadership.
Your job is to ensure every shoot happens on time, under budget, and at the highest possible quality. Key ResponsibilitiesProject \& Cross-Team ManagementOwn the full video pipeline: ideation → pre-production → filming → editing → upload
Coordinate across teams: ideas, editing, filming, short-form, thumbnails, and assistants
Maintain up-to-date project trackers on Monday.com, Gantt charts, and production calendars
Run weekly production check-ins and enforce accountability across all departments
Pre-ProductionTranslate approved video concepts into structured timelines and shoot plans
Build shot lists, production schedules, and resource requirements
Source and purchase all materials, props, tools, gear, and rentals
Book and confirm locations, permits, and participant availability
Prepare legal documents (waivers, NDAs, release forms)Create and manage budgets for each video and maintain spending recordsProductionLead execution on shoot days: call times, logistics, gear, crew, and schedule management
Ensure production objectives are met within time and resource constraints
Anticipate problems and implement solutions in real-time
Support the shooter, assistants, and creator to maintain momentum on set
Post-Production \& Editing ManagementManage editing timelines: rough cuts, revision cycles, and final deliveries
Coordinate file handoffs, ensure correct backups, folder structure, and labeling
Act as the point of contact between editors, the creator, and the thumbnail designer
Track progress toward publishing dates and enforce delivery deadlines
Maintain organized archives for all raw and finished assets
Team \& Contractor OversightRecruit, schedule, and manage freelance support (shooters, assistants, editors, builders, etc)Maintain a vetted contractor roster with availability, rates, and notes
Assign tasks and follow up to ensure quality control and timeline adherence
Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Production Assistant and ShooterCollaboration \& OutreachReach out to creators, companies, experts, and guests for collabs or appearances
Coordinate logistics for external collaborators: travel, timing, communication
Track outreach efforts and maintain professional relationships
Serve as the operational face of the company in external partnerships
Studio \& Workflow OperationsOversee gear management, prop organization, and studio cleanliness
Refine SOPs and workflows to reduce friction and increase efficiency
Build repeatable systems that scale with team growth and output volumeRequirements2--4 years experience in a production or project management role (YouTube, digital, film, or branded content)Strong track record managing end-to-end production across multiple concurrent projects
Experience coordinating filming, editing, and publishing workflows
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, crews, and contractors
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Toronto and available full-time, in person
