Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sake, and fine beverages is a plus (training will be provided). Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Professionalism: A polished demeanour and a commitment to upholding our high service standards. What You'll Do: Deliver impeccable service, guiding guests through our menu and pairing recommendations. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and always ready for guests.
