We are looking for someone with a passion for sports to join our team as a Field Sales Representative to cover a territory in Ontario. As a Field Sales Representative, you will have a real impact on the success of our brands by developing strong positive relationships with the retailers, opening new accounts, and providing effective sales and after-sales services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proudly represent the assigned brands.
- Maintain professional relationships with the retailers.
- Responsible for sales in own territory.
- Provide a high level of sales and after-sales service.
- Prospect and develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing strategy and implement it with customers.
- Represent the assigned brands at various trade shows and regional events, including a minimum of 4 weekend events per year.
QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the sports industry
- Involvement in the sports community
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
