- Own the client onboarding experience, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to service.
- Monitor and optimize retention efforts through proactive outreach and client health checks.
- Provide feedback loops to marketing and product teams to continuously refine go-to-market strategy and lead quality.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence decision-makers.
- Advanced understanding of digital advertising, online listings, and reputation management strategies.
- Comfort working with AI-driven sales enablement tools, CRMs, and data-driven insights to improve performance.
- Exceptional communication skills --- articulate, persuasive, and empathetic across verbal and written formats.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and reputation management platforms.
- Experience navigating small business pain points and helping them adopt digital tools.
- Previous experience in pipeline-building strategies for upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
