About the Role Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring all products meet quality, efficacy, and regulatory standards.
- Market Research: Conduct industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to drive innovation and market positioning.
- Project Management: Develop and manage product timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely product launches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R\&D, manufacturing partners, and suppliers to formulate and produce high-quality skincare solutions.
- Brand Strategy: Align product offerings with brand identity, marketing strategies, and overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize and improve existing products.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet Canadian and international skincare regulations and certifications.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industries.
- Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, trends, and consumer preferences.
- Experience working with R\&D, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian and global skincare regulations is a plus.
