Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Toronto, ON. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to the legal team. Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining legal files, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, and conducting legal research as required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and familiarity with Legal Assistants
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certification
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus
