About Us:
We're ArcadianAI --- building AI employees to replace outdated, error-prone human jobs, starting with physical security. Our flagship product Ranger is already protecting mid-market businesses across North America --- monitoring every second of footage so customers don't have to.
We sell to companies with 1--many locations and 20--100 cameras per site --- think cannabis retailers, franchises, logistics hubs.
We're scaling fast and need a real closer to help us connect with decision-makers and seal the deal.
What You'll Do:
• Own the top of the sales funnel --- outbound, inbound, and everything in between
• Run high-converting outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold emails, DMs)
• Book and close demos with qualified mid-market customers
• Handle discovery, objections, and buying signals with confidence
• Follow up like a pro --- no lead left behind
• Qualify, nurture, and close --- or know when to pass to a senior AE or founder
• Track and optimize your pipeline (we use HubSpot)
You're a Fit If You:
• Are a closer, not just a lead generator --- you know how to get deals done
• Have 1--2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (bonus for SaaS or AI)
• Know how to speak the language of business owners and operators
• Can run a Zoom demo like a pro --- persuasive, sharp, and smooth
• Are scrappy, self-motivated, and thrive in early-stage chaos
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and consistently
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Apollo
• Familiarity with cannabis, logistics, or retail verticals
• Background in physical security, AI, or B2B SaaS sales
