We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex network infrastructure projects across Transport, IP, and Core domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in telecom systems and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for network deployment and upgrade projects across Transport (DWDM, Microwave, Fiber), IP (MPLS, BGP, OSPF), and Core (EPC, IMS, 5G Core) technologies.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring quality standards and compliance with technical specifications.
Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement processes relevant to the project scope. Coordinate testing, integration, and handover to operations teams. Maintain documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive resolution of technical and operational issues impacting project delivery. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in telecom project management, with a focus on Transport, IP, and Core networks.Strong knowledge of network technologies, such as:Transport: DWDM, OTN, Fiber, MicrowaveIP: IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IPv4/IPv6Core: EPC, 5GC, IMS, HSS, PCRFProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of telecom network rollout, integration, and lifecycle management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. Experience with network virtualization (NFV, SDN).
Exposure to 5G deployment projects or IP transport transformation initiatives.
