About the Role--- The Regional Business Director is responsible for driving the performance of all HLS brands within the assigned geography. This position entails a strategic focus on maximizing regional business outcomes through effective oversight of sales operations, account management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Business Director will lead a multidisciplinary sales team, ensuring seamless execution of brand strategies while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement regional strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and overall business performance across all HLS brands.
- Partner with national leadership to shape strategic priorities, ensuring regional alignment with corporate objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, communicating insights, trends, and recommendations.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of Integrity, Make-it-happen, Patient-centricity, Agility, Caring and Teamwork to make an IMPACT on patients' lives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build organizational capability and ensure sustainable success.
- Set and communicate clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
Account Management
- Oversee strategic account management efforts, including the identification and prioritization of key accounts within the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at healthcare institutions, ensuring alignment with HLS's offerings and value propositions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements to optimize value for both HLS and its partners.
Operational Excellence
- Analyze regional performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize business outcomes.
- Ensure all regional activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing, medical, and other internal teams, providing regional insights to refine brand strategies and initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of integrated solutions that address the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Represent the region in corporate planning discussions, advocating for resources and priorities aligned with regional opportunities.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical industry in a sales or business management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive regional business performance through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and results.
