As part of our dynamic Advisory Services team, you will support major projects and programs across North America, providing commercial, financial, and risk advisory services. Here's What You'll Be Doing
As an Analyst - Commercial Risk, you will play a key role in supporting project teams and Project Managers in the successful delivery of advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting project teams in the delivery of commercial, financial, and risk advisory services for major projects/programs.
- Preparing reports, technical memos, financial models, and other deliverables.
- Conducting research, data collection, data entry, and analysis to support project outcomes.
- Organizing and participating in internal and client meetings, preparing relevant presentation materials.
- Documenting and tracking critical action items and decisions from meetings.
- Monitoring project changes and schedule deviations, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support and undertaking project tasks as required.
- Assisting with Jacobs' internal project processes and controls as needed.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience delivering advisory services for major infrastructure projects.
- Project management and contract management experience, with a basic understanding of project payment structures and schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical abilities and familiarity with analytical frameworks.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a high level of resourcefulness and self-direction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with Monte Carlo simulation software is considered an asset.
