Our ClientIs a boutique employment law firm in Toronto. ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, affidavits, motions, conference briefs, and other documents as required. Ability to work on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and diverse litigation and L\&E cases.
The successful candidate would primarily be working with C Suite executives, requiring assistance with compensation and employee packages. The firm requires a lower billable hour target than comparable firms. Requirements4-8 years of experience in litigation, with a deeper understanding of employment law and some file management experience.
Their ideal candidate is someone who is great with clients, entrepreneurial and a quick learner. Be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills.
High level of attention to detail.
