Role Overview
You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking for an opportunity to support physician wellness and medical culture strategies. You excel in knowledge mobilization and translation, content development, as well as providing strategic advice and managing complex initiatives. You are a strong communicator, a team player, and have a high level of diplomacy. Your experience in strategic processes, program development, and project management makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

You Have:
- Strong knowledge mobilization and translation skills, including writing and content generation, strategic planning and presentation development.
- Experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and engagement strategies.
- Project and program management experience, including managing committees and conferences.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of the medical profession culture and its impact on physician wellness.
- Experience in leading working groups to guide the development and execution of activities.
- Experience in health workforce well-being, occupational health and safety, an asset.
