Reporting to the Manager, Master data management, the Price Integrity Clerk is responsible for managing and updating price files across all sales channels. This includes working with multiple groups and entering data into the systems in an accurate and timely manner. He/she ensures the execution of price changes in the stores in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
The role :
- Ensures the maintenance and quality of product related retail and clearance pricing data:
- Periodic and/or on-demand updates of retail prices
- Updating of exception and clearance prices in the system
- If necessary, contacts merchandisers (and exceptionally suppliers) to validate and/or verify the information provided
- Ensures the accuracy of the information entered by using the control reports at his/her disposal
- Communicates effectively to all stakeholders according to established deadlines
- Works in conjunction with the Product Integrity Management (PIM) team
- Actively participates in the development of quality standards and control tools necessary to perform the duties of the position
- Ensures that prices are entered into all required systems and takes the necessary actions to correct as required
- Provide support to stores regarding price change issues
- Support the merchandising team when necessary
- Works in various computer systems depending on the banner
- Performs all other related tasks
What we're looking for :
- College degree in administration (an asset)
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
- Familiarity with AS/400 (SIDMA) and MMS (SODA, WinDSS) (an asset)
- Good knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook (an asset)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Methodical approach, organizational skills, efficiency, and autonomy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Sense of responsibility and service
- Ability to learn new computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
