Position: Regional Operations Manager - Commercial PropertiesReporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Regional Operations Manager will provide strategic direction and oversight to the teams in charge of managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial properties across Canada. Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced commercial real estate professional to oversee the performance and strategic direction of a diverse property portfolio.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing asset value, and leading a high-performing team to achieve financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Portfolio Performance Management: Oversee the financial and operational performance of all properties within the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Strategic Asset Planning: Contribute to the development of annual asset plans, identifying opportunities to enhance value, optimize income, and improve operational efficiency.
Financial Oversight: Work closely with property management teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, rent collection, capital plan execution, and expense management. Operational Excellence: Analyze input from on-site teams, review policies and procedures, and implement best practices to enhance overall property performance. Corporate \& Regional Initiatives: Actively participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at improving property management standards, innovation, and sustainability.
Sustainability \& Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance environmental performance, reduce operational costs, and implement innovative property management solutions. Team Leadership \& Development: Lead, mentor, and support a large team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance. Market Strategy \& Positioning: Collaborate with property management, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure properties are positioned effectively within their respective markets.
Development \& Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in development opportunities, including financial modeling, pro forma analysis, and stakeholder presentations. Qualifications \& Skills7 years of commercial real estate management experienceDegree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, with strong financial analysis expertise. Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and cost recovery calculations.
Bilingual in French and EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
