Le service Conception du matériel est responsable de fournir des solutions matérielles pour l'ensemble des dispositifs de formation de la compagnie. Notre équipe multidisciplinaire, formée et dévouée à sa tâche, dispose d'un vaste savoir-faire dans de nombreux secteurs tels le génie mécanique, génie électrique et génie électronique.
Notre principale mission est de concevoir, de personnaliser et de gérer le développement de solutions matérielles rentables et innovants qui sont alignés sur le plan stratégique de la compagnie et les exigences de nos clients. Nous sommes prêts à fournier des produits et services haute technologiques qui font partie d'un écosystème numérique.
Responsabilité
- Faire partie d'une équipe responsable de la conception électrique.
- Participer à l'analyse des dessins, des spécifications et exigences à la fois des clients internes et externes.
- Participer aux activités de conception menées entre les différents groupes d'ingénierie et la fabrication.
- Responsable de concevoir les dessins de câblage et des schémas de filage.
- Trouver des solutions techniques pour rencontrer les requis des projets.
- Supporter l'équipe de fabrication.
- Participer aux activités d'amélioration continue.
Exigences
- Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou l'équivalent (minimum 5 ans)
- Maitrise des concepts d'ingénierie électrique
- Maitrise des systèmes de CAO et des logiciels de traitement de texte et des tableurs électroniques.
- Maitrise des systèmes PLM.
- Excellent esprit d'équipe et bon sens de la communication.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression pour respecter les échéanciers
- Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un contexte de livraisons multiples et complexes.
- Bilinguisme essentiel.

Description
The Hardware Design department is responsible for providing hardware solutions for all company training devices. Our multidisciplinary team, trained and dedicated to its task, has a vast know-how in many sectors such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and electronic engineering.
Our main mission is to design, customize and manage the development of cost-effective and innovative hardware solutions aligned with the company's strategic plan and our clients' requirements. We are set to deliver highly technological products and services that are part of a digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team responsible for electrical design.
- Participate in the analysis of drawings, specifications and requirements for both internal and external customers.
- Participate in design activities between different engineering groups and manufacturing.
- Responsible for designing cables, cable indices and wiring diagrams
- Find technical solutions to meet the requirements of the projects.
- Support the manufacturing team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (minimum 5 years)
- Mastery of electrical engineering concepts
- Mastery of CAD systems and word processing software and spreadsheets.
- Mastery of PLM systems.
- Excellent team spirit and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage priorities in a context of multiple and complex deliveries.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
