Job Title:Project Coordinator
Location Address:Montreal, QC
Hybrid: 3 days on site
Contract Duration:8 months+
Payrate:CAD55/hr. on T4 (slightly negotiable)
Summary:
The main function of a project coordinator is to support program manager and project teams on a project. The coordinator ensures that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5 years project management experience of transformational projects
2) 5 years of experience within capital markets or investment management
3) 5 years of experience in a global distributed company
4) 5 years with large scale projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
5) Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
6) Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
