Key Responsibilities Of The Marketing Coordinator
- Develop and implement content strategies for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at building and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads, tracking and analyzing their effectiveness.
- Develop a comprehensive social media plan to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Oversee online advertising efforts, including Google Pay Per Click and Programmatic Ads, monitoring their performance and making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and provide them with effective marketing assets.
- Continuously optimize the website for user experience and conversion rates, developing a strong content strategy and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure the website is impeccably presented and consistently work towards increasing website traffic.
- Develop and implement an effective email marketing strategy to engage with customers and prospects.
Who We Are Looking For
- You have a solid 5 years of experience in the marketing sphere, with a focus on content creation and online advertising.
- Your digital marketing toolset is robust, with a deep understanding of top of funnel tactics: Lead Gen, Landing pages, Ad Strategies (Google \& Meta), SEO strategies, Reputation Management etc.
- Your communication skills are second to none, with a knack for writing that captivates.
- Creativity is at your core, constantly sparking innovative marketing ideas.
- An analytical mindset allows you to dissect campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- You have a good grasp of UX/UI design principles, essential for website optimization.
- Collaboration is your strength, effortlessly aligning with various teams to achieve common goals.
- You're results-driven, always on the quest to meet and exceed objectives.
