The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and service-oriented Strata Property Manager to join this dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential strata properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with the Strata Property Act, and maintaining strong relationships with strata councils and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee a portfolio of residential strata properties including low-rise and high-rise buildings
- Coordinate and attend council meetings and AGMs, and manage follow-up actions
- Manage building maintenance, service contracts, and contractor performance
- Prepare annual budgets and review financial statements with council members
- Ensure full compliance with the Strata Property Act and strata bylaws
- Build trusted relationships with strata councils, owners, and trades
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Licensed Strata Manager in BC (BCFSA)
✔️ 2+ years' experience managing residential strata properties
✔️ Knowledge of the Strata Property Act and related legislation
✔️ Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
✔️ Tech-savvy with experience using strata management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium)
✔️ Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
