Team Lead, Personal Lines
Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Lines expert to join their team! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 5 years Personal Lines Insurance experience.
Location: Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Personal Lines team
- Train, coach, develop and mentor a team of Personal Lines Advisors
- Handle and resolve complex client related issues as needed
- Foster a sales culture environment
Requirements:

5+ years Personal Lines experience

Level 2 General Insurance License

Prior leadership experience is an asset

Sales driven team player with excellent communication and friendly personality
