Title: Structural Repair Engineer
Location: Mirabel, Quebec, CA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Good knowledge in fuselage structure, both primary and secondary structure.
Understanding of in-service and operator requirement
Preparation of Technical Disposition (TD), repair schemes, and TAS.
Analyze and design the modifications or corrective actions referring to the Structural Repair Manual.
Preparation of Static Stress Assessment Sheets (SAS)/ Fatigue Approval Sheet (FAS), and TAS.
Knowledge of finding ACD's and relevant check stress files for the applicable WV's and Knowledge in the preparation of Static Repair work file
Experience in Aircraft repairs -- Provide design solutions to in-service damages (accidental and aging).
Sound knowledge in SRM chapters and repair principles.
Sound knowledge ATA and NDT inspection.
A/ C materials, fastener types and rules.
A/C Design Principles and GD\&T, Good knowledge in fuselage structure.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-priority tasks, responsiveness.
Education \& Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree
2-12 Years.

GILDA, ZAMIZ, CATIA- V5 . TREND, VPM, AIRNav, SAP (PCS).
