THE ROLE
The Maintenance and Carpentry Supervisor role is for an experienced \& ambitious leader in the trades. With multi-trade knowledge and the utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands-on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects.
How You'll Do It
- Planning, overseeing and executing construction, renovations and maintenance of projects
- Coordinating and executing maintenance of facilities and grounds
- Ensuring building systems are functioning properly and safely
- Ensuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections and compliance reports
- Training \& supervising general laborers throughout constructions
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
- Experience in a variety of trades including general maintenance, general labour, electrical, mechanical and plumbing
- Attention to detail
- Trustworthy, reliable \& adaptable
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (written \& verbal) in English; ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is an asset
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
