Your New Role
As Director of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to shape corporate brand strategy, launch a new website, and enhance both internal and external communications. This pivotal role will lead the execution of marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, support business development, and align with the company's values and vision.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Corporate Branding: Develop and execute cohesive brand strategies that reflect the company's identity and market positioning.
- Website Launch: Lead the planning and execution of a new corporate website, ensuring alignment with brand and user experience best practices.
- Internal Communications: Build and implement internal strategies to boost employee engagement and reinforce brand values.
- External Communications \& Project Marketing: Create compelling sales materials, pitch decks, and project marketing campaigns to target audiences.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with creative agencies, designers, and other vendors to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across all marketing investments.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Deep understanding of branding, digital strategy, and market research.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to drive actionable marketing plans.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with content management systems and digital analytics.
- Experience working with external vendors and marketing agencies.
