With 35,000 athletes across North America and a rapidly growing content empire, we're looking for a Full Time Junior Video Editor to join our brand team. You'll help bring our league to life through tactical short-form edits, narrative campaigns, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. From player rivalries to viral trends, you'll play a key role in shaping how the world sees Brodie.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit tactical video content: player hype reels, interviews, events, and league promos
- Support storytelling campaigns: team rivalries, office dramas, staff stories, trend-based narratives
- Contribute to national expansions with video support for new markets
- Help execute social media trends with high-quality video edits
- Assist with idea generation, storyboarding, planning, publishing, and iteration
- Organize media: help implement a content management system
- Uphold creative standards and contribute to brand visual consistency
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut a plus)
- Strong sense of story, timing, and digital-first design
- Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Collaborative mindset --- able to work across teams and take feedback
- Reachable and responsive outside of standard hours if needed
