Partners recoginize and foster talent with mentorship and opportunities for advancement, often hiring a recent graduate in Reception and working to gradually build their skills before transitioning them to a Legal Assistant and/or Law Clerk.
Your New Job:
Their work is not traditionally the straight forward MVA files you might see elsewhere, as their specialty is complex insurance defence cases working with municipalities, insurers and financial institutions, to name a few. The founding Partners have worked to create the collegial and team-oriented environment that they are so well known for.
What you need to succeed:
- 3 Years of industry experience
- strong knowledge of insurance defiance with complex files,
- Civil litigation or larger insurance defence,
- Commercial litigation,
- Directly supporting associates,

- Compensation for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000
