Requirements Lakshya Digital, a part of Keywords Studios, is a leading provider of Game Art services to the global games industry.
Cinematic Artist (UK time zone preferred but not required)
What we are looking for:
- Proven understanding of film language, storytelling structure, cinematography, and editing
- Strong eye for scene composition, camera blocking and animation, and lighting
- Ability to create assets ranging from screenshots to character-driven trailers
- Experience setting up cinematic scenes, including camera layout, VFX, and lighting in engines such as Unreal or Unity
- Comfortable working closely with cinematic animators to plan and execute motion capture shoots
- Skilled with timeline editors such as Unreal Sequencer or Unity Timeline
- Strong 3D software proficiency (Maya, 3DS Max, Blender)
- Familiarity with animation tools including graph editors
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with tools programmers and contribute to cinematic tool development
Bonus if you have:
- Photography or motion graphics experience
- Generalist 3D skills
- Experience with lighting and post-processing
- Background in traditional filmmaking (directing, sound, shoot planning)
- Experience modding or working directly in game engines
