Your new role
As an SAP Consultant - Core Procurement, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes using SAP S/4 HANA. Your tasks will include:
- Conducting design workshops and sprint sessions
- Advising and recommending SAP best practices
- Defining user stories, organizational structure, and master data
- Configuring PR/PO approval and workflow
- Managing consumable purchasing and integration with ARIBA and FI
- Handling procurement contracts, service procurement, lean servicing, and split valuation
- Implementing e-invoicing, auto receipt, contract management, workflow, interfaces, and forms
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong S/4 HANA procurement skills
- Experience conducting design workshops and sprint sessions
- Knowledge of SAP best practices
- Familiarity with Hybrid Agile processes
- Ability to define user stories, organizational structure, and master data
- Expertise in PR/PO approval and workflow, consumable purchasing, integration with ARIBA and FI, procurement contracts, service procurement, lean servicing, split valuation, e-invoicing, auto receipt, contract management, workflow, interfaces, and forms
