The BRDGE is a culinary and catering platform dedicated to connecting people with authentic, chef-made meals from diverse cultures. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Project Manager with strong organizational skills and a background in graphic design to support our operations and communications.
This is a dynamic role supporting our CEO and team with event coordination, internal systems, and visual content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing project timelines with creative execution.
Location: Remote (Must be available in MST)
Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow to Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of catering orders, including delivery and set-up logistics
- Manage project timelines, checklists, and internal documentation in Notion and Google Drive
- Create branded documents and visual assets using Canva (e.g., menus, client-facing documents, event guides)
- Support inbox management and scheduling on behalf of the CEO
- Assist with marketing-related tasks and general team coordination
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and follow-through across all active projects
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite is an asset but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup-style environments is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely with availability during Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Compensation:
- Starting at 20--30 hours/month, with potential to increase based on performance and company growth
- $15--$20 per hour , depending on experience
