This position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels to convey brand values, mission, and products to target audiences. The ultimate goal is to enhance brand equity, foster consumer engagement, drive conversions, and build loyalty through market insights, creative campaigns, and collaboration across departments.
ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of two marketing professionals. Tailor each brand's value proposition to resonate with target audiences and distinguish the brand from competitors. Collaborate with sales and product planning teams to design, prioritize, and execute key growth initiatives for specific audience segments.
Partner with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Develop and maintain unique market intelligence for target audiences, including segment size, trends, technology influences, and market indicators
Work with the product planning team to design and execute commercial launch plans
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven metrics Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
Other duties as required RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; a master's degree is an asset.5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role in the consumer goods industry.Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Creative thinker with a track record of designing effective campaigns and marketing strategies
Skilled negotiator with experience securing optimal product placement with suppliers, retail partners, and other stakeholders
