Job Title: Customer Operations Associate
Work Type: Full Time - In Office
Salary Range: $50K - $60K annually + equity

About the Company:
We are currently working with a leading Canadian FinTech startup in their search for a Customer Operations Associate to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you'll help onboard new users, answer questions, provide product support, and make sure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers via email, chat, phone, and social
- Help new users onboard and get set up smoothly
- Troubleshoot product and account issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve more complex problems
- Improve support docs and share customer feedback
Qualifications:
- 1+ year in customer support (bonus if in fintech/finance)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in financial products and tech
- Comfortable with tools like Salesforce
- Willing to pitch in during evenings/weekends when needed
