We're looking for an on-site Clinic Operations Manager in the healthcare and wellness industry.

The Clinic Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant clinical performance.
Clinic Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and administrative functions, ensuring a high standard of efficiency and client experience
- Lead, mentor, and support front-desk and administrative staff to foster a service-oriented, collaborative culture
- Manage inventory systems, supplier coordination, and purchasing to ensure uninterrupted service deliver
- Interpret and track P\&L statements, clinic budgets, and operational spending in collaboration with finance partners
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain robust documentation and EMR integrity
- Implement and refine SOPs, internal workflows, and cross-functional operational systems
- Support clinic marketing initiatives, client retention efforts, and act as a liaison for escalated client concerns
The successful candidate has:
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, in a medical, dental, naturopathic or health clinic is a must.
- Post-secondary education in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex operations with strong attention to detail and a strategic mindse
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Confidence using digital tools and systems, including EMRs, cloud-based collaboration platforms, and financial software
- Able to work a 40-week full in office in Vancouver
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $75,000 -- $85,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
