ROLE SUMMARY:
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms and models using Python, with a focus on testing, performance and scalability.
- Design, implement and optimize cutting-edge ML solutions that enhance our recommendation systems, business efficiency and decision-making.
- Leverage data science frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark ML to build robust and scalable machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, business and product teams) to clearly translate business needs into ML-driven solutions.
- Apply DevOps and MLOps best practices for model serving, data and code version control and continuous integration/deployment.
- Ensure model interpretability, reliability and performance while continuously improving model and business metrics and reducing biases.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in data science roles.
- Strong coding skills in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience working with Databricks environment for data processing and analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience working on data science frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark ML.
- Experience with recommendation systems / propensity modeling.
- Exceptional ability to work with various business and product teams, engineering teams and additional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless integration of business needs and results.
- Experience with DevOps practices and using GitHub workflows for version control and CI/CD.
- SKILLS: TensorFlow, PySpark, SQL, Recommendation Systems, Github Action CI/CD
