The Project Manager will handle one or two projects, ensuring a good grasp of MS project logs, stakeholder management, risk management, budget tracking, and forecasting. A solid understanding of project management principles is essential. Typical Day in RoleCalls and Status Updates: Regular calls and status updates to track progress.
Follow-Up: Ensuring tasks are implemented on time by following up with resources. Stakeholder Communication: Speaking to stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure proper sign-off. Team Alignment: Aligning expectations with the team and following up with architects.
Project Estimation: Obtaining DOA for the project and estimating the project end-to-end. Resource Management: Managing resource plans, project logs, and status reports. Financial Management: Handling financial management and estimating the project at completion.
