JDThis is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO. You will have overall charge of the burgeoning urban design \& planning portfolio of the company. You will provide leadership to a team of design and project management professionals and be the key client engagement pivot.
Your vision and leading-edge design thinking will engender unique, innovative and functional places will contribute to the quality of the built environment while balancing jurisdictional requirements. Your canvass will be wide and intellectually stimulating- urban streets, mixed-use developments, parks and open space systems, community master plans, commercial centers, among others. CANDIDATE PROFILEWe are seeking an outstanding design supremo who combines unique vision with great implementation, client management and leadership skills.
You have over 15 years track record of executing public and private sector projects across a range of arenas. You have extensive experience in visioning programs, formulating budgets \& proposals, and preparing urban design guidelines. Your repertoire includes public consultation processes, technical proficiency in a range of programs/software and detailed design of significant mega projects.
