Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager / Sales Executive to lead account development and drive sales within assigned territories or client portfolios. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly interpersonal professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-value industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned regions
Provide expert product knowledge and consultative support to clients
Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in luxury goods or the jewelry industry
Strong communication, customer service, and lead generation skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a client-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with the diamond or jewelry industry is a strong asset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
