The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Outside Account Manager to join our growing team and represent Centanni Tile across the Lower Mainland. You'll spend your time building strong relationships with design and architecture firms, educating clients on new collections, and introducing our thoughtfully curated tile offerings with pride. This is a role for someone who loves being out on the road, connecting with clients, and creating meaningful impact on inspiring projects.

- You've built trusted relationships with top clients in your territory, becoming their go-to for tile and design solutions.
- You confidently lead product presentations and learning sessions, adding value to every client interaction.
- You hit or exceed sales targets, while also contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- You represent the Centanni brand with integrity, professionalism, and a true passion for design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients including designers, architects and builder in the Lower Mainland.
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy alongside a team of Account Managers.
- Conduct in-person product presentations, spec meetings, and learning sessions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert them into lasting relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Track activity, manage follow-ups, and report on sales progress.
- Transport product samples and marketing materials to client meetings.
- Collaborate with our showroom and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with the design/architecture community (tile or stone industry is a bonus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills --- you genuinely enjoy people and build rapport easily.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently on the road.
- Proven track record of sales growth and meeting targets.
- Professional, courteous, and proactive in your approach.
- Must be physically able to lift 30--60 lbs of samples.
- Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Must reside in the Lower Mainland and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($65,000--$100,000) commission

- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
