As an ECA , you will be responsible for working collaboratively with childcare staff and the Supervisor at various centres located in Toronto (Scarborough and North York) . Your role includes fostering a nurturing, safe environment for children from infant to school age, supporting daily activities, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Working Conditions:
- Light to moderate physical activity (lifting, bending, etc.)
- Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, inclusive learning environment that supports child development
- Supervise children during both indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety
- Keep classrooms and shared spaces clean and organized
- Assist with meals and nap time in line with centre policies and Public Health standards
- Actively participate in play-based and learning activities with children
- Support staff and contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment
- Follow all regulations and guidelines, including CCEYA, AQI, and HDLH
- Participate in all mandatory company activities, trainings and meetings.
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police check (within 6 months)
- Valid Standard First Aid \& CPR-C
- Reliable transportation within Toronto (Scarborough and North York).
