Salesforce certifications -- e.g. Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty ManagementDesigns and builds solutions for businesses using the Salesforce platform, namely marketing cloud, data cloud, and Loyalty MgmtHas a vision of the desired business outcome and can recommend scalable and sustainable solutions
Technical leader who works with business stakeholders to create a vision for the solution
Designs solutions: creates data models, organizational strategies, and technical solutions for identity and access
Integrates systems: implements data and process integrations
Provides recommendations: recommends using clicks, code, or a combination of both to meet business needs
Builds proofs-of-concept: create prototypes that teams can use to iterate on
Provides technical guidance: educates marketing teams on best practices
