What You'll Do Business Development Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key contacts within target organizations.
- Engage prospects through outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations and qualify interest.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives by clearly articulating McLean \& Company's value proposition.
- Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, share feedback from the field, and support campaign execution.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to tailor outreach effectively.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business.
- Excellent communication skills---both verbal and written.
- A persistent, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for outreach and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior B2B sales or customer-facing experience is a strong asset, but not required.
