Product Development: Build the full stack Cookin v2 product from the ground up, working closely with the lead PM, and the CTO and CPO where needed.

Rapid Prototyping: Create functional prototypes using the latest tools and technologies to test concepts quickly in collaboration with product.

Dealing with Ambiguity: Much like an early stage startup, dealing well with a high degree of ambiguity, making the best decisions given incomplete data, and speaking directly with customers to understand their needs will be essential to this role.

Full Stack Engineering: The product will span mobile, web, and the backend, and some level of comfortability with all of them, or a willingness to learn rapidly, will be necessary for success.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executive leadership, including direct reporting to CPO, COO, CTO, and CEO.

3 years of engineering experience in early-stage startup product development.

5 years of full-stack engineering experience.

Demonstrable experience with an opinionated tech stack that you can move fast with.

Familiarity with DevOps best practices, or past experience supporting a production service as an engineer.

Experience with modern development tools, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Familiarity with the best in class AI tools \& services.

Track record of shipping products to production.

Excellent communication skills.

Self-starter mentality with high autonomy and agency.

Hands-on builder who's equally comfortable discussing user flows and database schemas.

Thrive in ambiguity and can create structure in unstructured environments.
