The Role

Please note: candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada full-time. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment mandates ( Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships and more)
- Working on assigned roles or developing your own client relationships
- Collaborating with the ICA team to share resources and insights
- Working at your own pace, with support when you need it
Who You Are
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Based in Canada and legally authorized to work
- Independent, accountable, and comfortable working solo
- Skilled in both client and candidate management
- Strong communicator with a sense of ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset --- you're building a long-term practice
- Bilingual (French/English)? That's a major asset
