Data Solutions Specialist will be responsible for understanding and working toward maintaining the data integrity and accuracy of MDM data. The role will be geared specifically towards creation and maintenance of quality data by resolving data anomalies , data change requests and questions in the MDM system. The key activities include:
- Analyzing the data and determining the potential data updates to ensure the better quality of the data
- Considering the impact of changes being done and support downstream channels to mitigate the risk upfront
- Enhancing the data quality through anomaly tracking and intelligent automation to plug the data gaps
- Identifying recurring patterns to enable bulk resolution and rules formation/enhancements to improve data quality
- Designing and building the stewardship solution based on the business rules identified
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional working experience
- High attention to detail and quality orientation
- Focus on problem solving (structured)
- Strong Data Interpretation skills
- Strong knowledge on the Pharma data (HCP, HCO and affiliation)
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with data, ability to understand data models
- Experience in Excel, VBA, R, python preferred
