Job Overview Senior Legal Associate Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) licensed to practice law in the Philippines experience with North American legal systems
Key Responsibilities legal research
contracts, agreements, and legal documents
negotiation and risk assessment
case files, due diligence, and compliance checks
regulatory requirements and legal strategies
dispute resolution and litigation processes
confidentiality, ethical standards, and best practices
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Licensed to practice law in the Philippines and in good standing with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
- 5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to North American legal systems.
- Willing to work North American hours to support legal teams in the U.S. and Canada.
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal research.
- Exceptional drafting, proofreading, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using legal software, research tools, and case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
