Tool capability requires use of modern development tools and techniques including; ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration HUB, REST API, JavaScript and other web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML), catalog builder
Qualifications:Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. Mandatory Skills ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management (strategic planning workspace and resource management workspace)8 years of ServiceNow development for a large company utilizing ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB and SecOps. Experience building ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
In depth understanding of ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Integration HUB and REST APIsKnowledge of web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)Certifications - PreferredCertified as ServiceNow -- System Administrator (CSA)Certified as ServiceNow -- Application Developer (CAD)
