Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile platforms. Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that align with our brand and enhance user experience. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Optimize existing UI/UX for better performance, accessibility, and conversion rates. Test and iterate on designs based on A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Stay updated on eCommerce trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications \& SkillsBachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or related field.2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an eCommerce or DTC environment. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile. Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding not required but a plus).
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present ideas and feedback clearly. Experience with user testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design is an asset. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Toronto.
