LeverageTek is actively seeking an SAP Business Analyst for an upcoming 9-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.Key TasksConduct workshops with business users to document current ECC 6.0 processes and identify improvement opportunities in S/4HANADefine functional and technical requirements for the migration
Map existing business processes to S/4HANA best practices Identify and resolve process gaps between ECC and S/4HANAWork with technical teams to configure SAP modules in S/4HANADevelop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) to validate functionality
Assist in data extraction, cleansing, and validation for migration to S/4HANAEnsure data integrity and compliance with business rules
Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and consultants
Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration issues
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in S/4HANAKey Qualifications5+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 1 full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA migration
Strong expertise in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and integration pointsSAP S/4HANA certification (preferred but not required)Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Business Analyst experience supporting migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANAExperience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements
Experience analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending best practices to optimize the new system
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
